"The customer service was excellent. We visited the Lexington location and talked with the owner, Jason, yesterday afternoon. We got quotes from 2 other places and none spent the time with us the way that Jason did. The other 2 companies had the same exact information that we gave Jason and they did not tell us any problems we could run into trying to install a pool into an existing deck where a previous pool used to be. At the other companies, we were dealing with salesmen who had no knowledge on the installation side of things. It's one of the good things about small owner/operator businesses. We are happy to support local businesses and decided to purchase from Leisure Life and will post again after the install.

“We bought our pool from Robert Gardner at Leisure Life Pools & Spas and we are totally happy with our pool and the service we received. Robert was not pushy and helped us to choose the pool we liked and the accessories and cleaning tools we needed. He even offered us 6 months same as cash to make it an easy buy. Our pool was installed within one week which is much faster than we were quoted from a local competitor. Leisure Life said the pool would be installed within 14 days (weather permitting) where as I was quoted a month or better with two other companies. To our surprise, the pools were installed in six days! The installers built the pool and even gave us a tutorial on how to operate our filter system, clean our pool and add chemicals. They even recommended us to take a water sample to the store for a free analysis and detailed assistance on balancing our water. One last thing, the install department made me aware that we had a broken top cap. He immediately went to the store got a replacement and fixed it.”

"Completely satisfied is the only way we can describe the experience. Jason, Robert, Paul and everyone else has made the process extremely pleasant. We couldnt be happier with the quality of the equipment and the workmanship. We got a 21' and couldn't be happier. We filled it up with the hose from our well and the water was pretty cloudy. I'm not sure if it was the power ionizer or not, but the water was crystal clear after the pump being on after only one day. A week later we balanced the water, and now basically we add a little ph down as needed after a rain. First time pool owners. These guys make it easy."

“I would like to thank Aric at Leisure Life Pools & Spas for offering me a good deal on a large powerful spa. I thought I would never find deal on a spa. I was looking for a used good spa and boy did I get a deal. I went by the store and spoke with Robert about spas and to my surprise spas were a little more expensive than I thought. Robert was professional and asked what my budget was. He did not laugh when I said under $2,000. He did say it would more than likely have to be a used spa and recommended me to search ads for used spas. He also asked Aric if they were expecting any used spas. Aric showed me pictures of a spa they had not yet picked up from a customer whom recently upgraded and traded in his old spa.
